Nike Pro Sports Bras

I have never once chaffed with these as they keep a nice (not too tight) stretch right above your ever-growing belly. It is very important not to have your sports bra too snug as you will be surprised how it can restrict your breathing while pregnant. Your breasts are growing, so keep them in full support!

Karhu Fluid Flow Running Shoes

I was given these shoes by Karhu to try out. Every Saturday was my new gestation week of pregnancy as I would celebrate with a legit run that was timed on my Garmin watch (you can view each week on my Instagram). The more I used these as my pregnancy progressed, I found that they supported my heavier weight and wider feet and were extremely comfortable, fast-acting, and lightweight. I never had swollen feet or pain because of these shoes so I continued with these every new week of pregnancy.

Honey Stinger Organic Salted Caramel Waffles

I always eat organic so when it came to trying to find a clean energy source for fuel, I turned to Honey Stinger. What I love most about them is that they never made me feel sick and agreed with my pregnancy as they gave me just the right amount of energy without overdoing it. Plus, they are organic, low in sugar, very tasty, and were harmless to the baby (I went over the product with my OB/GYN). They are golden!

Zensah Compression Sleeves

Due to the high volumes of blood flow during pregnancy, I never wanted to cramp up but also wanted to keep my legs strong so I always wore these compression sleeves. They made my legs seem much lighter and take on any extra bodily fluids without feeling any discomfort.

Neal's Yard Remedies Wild Rose Beauty Balm

This was my must-have skin fixation during pregnancy. As we all know, the skin stretches immensely during pregnancy and I knew my skin would undergo much more than that since I lived in very hot climates and would most likely wear minimal clothing. I also did not want to chafe so I always rubbed this under my armpits, my belly and my thighs. I always ran super early but would still finish out looking as if I jumped in a swimming pool — so sweaty! Thanks to this balm, my pregnant body was always glowing with an intense moisture boost. Plus it is safe and organic!

Water-Water-Water-Water

Last but not least, WATER!! Of course it is a given that you need to drink plenty of water during pregnancy, but I want to underscore that because apparently I did not drink enough while I was pregnant. In fact, I went to the ER twice during my whole pregnancy for what turned out to be DEHYDRATION! Yes, it was scary both times because I thought my running was the cause but it turned out that I needed to be drinking 5x the usual amount since I was exercising. Lesson learned: run/walk/exercise with water at all times and make a point to stop and hydrate, and have a water bottle glued to your hip at all times.

More from your faucet!
