Run Coaching

We are all runners. No matter whether you new to running, or are training for your next big PR, having a coach will motivate, support and encourage you along the way! That’s where I come in. With 10 years experience in the 5K to marathon distance, and a love for the training along the way, I have made my career to help others get there (and find joy in the process) too! As a coach, I offer 4 different coaching packages to meet your every need. From standardized training plans, to premium 1:1 online coaching, to even PACING your next race, my goal is to help you succeed at every distance.


Premium Run Coaching

My individualized online run coaching provides weekly personalized plans to fit your schedule and monthly check-ins to keep you on track for a PR. Choose Premium Run Coaching if you would like the ongoing knowledge and support! This includes: Initial phone consultation to discuss exercise history, strengths and weaknesses, and fitness or racing goals, weekly training plans to fit your busy schedule / needs, ongoing feedback of workouts and training, race strategy and fueling advice and phone call, and more!

$150 a month (3-month minimum)

Live in the Boston area? Come to one of our Wellness in Motion Boston locations to an in-person gait analysis, consultation discuss race strategy, training plans, nutrition, and more. Consultation also available by phone.



Training Plans

Custom 20-week training plans

Training for a specific race? I offer customized training plans for the 5K to Marathon distances! This includes a 30-minute phone call to discuss your running background and goals, and a 20-week plan build just for you!



Yoga for athletes

Yoga has always gone hand in hand with my marathon training. As an athlete, yoga can play an important role in helping you stay injury free! Yoga postures help stretch your aching muscles while also building strength, increasing range of motion, and giving you the mental clarity you need to reach the next level of physical performance.
