Amanda nurse

Amanda is a Boston-based athlete, mom and entrepreneur with a passion for running and inspiring others through fitness. A 20-time marathoner and two-time Olympic Trials Qualifier, Amanda boasts a personal best at the marathon distance of 2:40:45. After playing varsity lacrosse in college, Amanda started running and has since PR’ed in the marathon by more than 45 minutes. She believes the key to running success is finding joy in the process. As a running coach and founder of Amanda Runs Boston, Amanda has helped countless clients reach their running potential with her customized, multifaceted approach to training. She coaches not just the athlete, but also the person, crafting training plans that work for real people with real (and busy!) lives. Additionally, she is a yoga instructor with a focus on athletes and a run leader for Wanderlust Festivals across the country.
