WIM Coaching’s goal is to support runners of all levels and abilities, whether in Boston or beyond! Because - we are all runners. No matter whether you’re new to the sport, or are training for your next big PR, having a coach will motivate, support and encourage you to realize your full potential. That’s where I come in.

With 15+ years of experience racing the 5K to marathon distances and a love for the training along the way, Amanda has made her career helping others reach their goals (and find joy in the process) too! The WIM Coaching team offers a variety of coaching packages to meet your every need. From customized training plans, to premium 1:1 coaching to our group training options, our common goal is to help you succeed at every distance and DREAM BIG!

EMILY SAUL

Sports Psychology

Emily Saul of E Saul Movement takes a unique approach to unlocking your potential by dissolving mental barriers and finding the powerful connection between our minds and bodies. She offers a style of sport psychology coaching, grounded in clinical psychology, all focused on physical movement as the tool for sparking forward movement in all aspects of your life. Emily has a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Since 2014, she has been co-leading the free fitness movement November Project in Boston, where she motivates and challenges athletes of all abilities and walks of life, all while harnessing the power of community.

Nutrition Counseling

Erin Kenney is a registered dietitian who specializes in nutrition and wellness and has worked with a range of clients from adolescents to seniors in a wide range of settings including sports performance clinics, hospitals and long-term care facilities, weight management clinics, and companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 50. Whether your goal is to look, perform, or feel better, Erin will create a very personalized plan that is attainable for your lifestyle, dietary preferences, and schedule. As an expert in the field, Erin takes an evidenced based approach staying up to date on all the latest nutrition research.
