I’ve been training with Coach Amanda for more than two years, and I can’t say enough about the way she has transformed my approach to running and fitness. The workouts are fun, varied, and purposefully designed with pacing that encourages me to stretch myself. I’ve notched new PRs at every distance while staying healthy and integrating cross-training, strength, flexibility, and nutrition into my program, under Amanda’s guidance. She’s always available to share insights from her own training and racing experience, and I’ve really benefited from her wisdom on everything from shoes to race-day strategy. I have a busy work schedule, and I really appreciate the way each week’s plan is tailored to what I can fit in around all of my other commitments. Having a run coach helps keep me accountable and motivated, and Amanda’s personal approach makes me feel like I’m part of a team, even though nearly all of my running happens alone. I can’t imagine doing this any other way!
