Wellness in Motion Run Coaching
We have a new name! Amanda Runs Boston Coaching is now Wellness in Motion (WIM) Coaching! Founder, Amanda Nurse has joined forces with her husband, Ian Nurse (owner of Wellness in Motion Boston, a multidisciplinary treatment clinic for athletes) to support runners of all levels and abilities, whether in Boston or beyond! Because - we are all runners. No matter whether you’re new to the sport, or are training for your next big PR, having a coach will motivate, support and encourage you to realize your full potential. That’s where I come in.
With 10+ years of experience racing the 5K to marathon distances and a love for the training along the way, Amanda has made her career helping others reach their goals (and find joy in the process) too! The WIM Coaching team offers a variety of coaching packages to meet your every need. From customized training plans, to premium 1:1 coaching, to our NEW group training options, our common goal is to help you succeed at every distance and DREAM BIG!

This group will be open to runners who have run a marathon before and/or can comfortably run 25 miles a week by the start of the training cycle

Custom 16-20-week training plans
Training for a specific race? We offer customized training plans for the 5K through the marathon distances. This includes a 30-minute phone call to discuss your running background and goals, and a 20-week plan built just for you!
$14-15/week ($240-280 total)

30-60 min Run Consultation
Live in the Boston area? Come to one of our Wellness in Motion locations to an in-person gait analysis, consultation discuss race strategy, training plans, nutrition, and more. Consultation also available over Zoom.
$50-95 per session
